Terms and Conditions of Using the ong88 Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the ong88 platform. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and the freezing of any existing fund balance.

3.1 Registration Information

During the registration process, users are required to provide accurate and truthful information including their full name as per their identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. 3.2 Password Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ong88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.1 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10 regardless of the payment method used. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals submitted below the minimum limit will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is submitted and all withdrawal conditions are met. New users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit value up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be processed.

Calculation example: If a user deposits RM100, the bonus received is RM200, bringing the total balance to RM300. The wagering that must be completed is RM200 × 20 = RM4,000. For a deposit of RM400, the bonus received is RM300 (maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM700, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 20 = RM6,000 to be completed.

5.2 VIP Programme

The ong88 VIP programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through unauthorised means — including the use of multiple accounts, opposing bets or minimum-risk strategies intended solely to fulfil wagering requirements — is prohibited. ong88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close the relevant account without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are considered final and cannot be cancelled by the user. Game results produced by a certified random number generator (RNG) system are final.

6.1 Sports and Esports Betting

Sports and esports betting is subject to specific rules set for each type of competition. Odds displayed are accurate at that time and may change before a bet is confirmed. Bets accepted at specific odds are bound to those values even if changes occur afterwards.
